Limerick Coder Dojo – Saturday the 12th of November

The Limerick CoderDojo will take place in a new location: The Downtown Centre is in LIT George’s Quay – the former art college building – near the Locke Bar, between the River Bistro and Barrington’s Hospital.

Important:
We are currently gathering contact details for all kids who have taken part or are interested in taking part in the future. Parent will have to fill out the below registration from once before a child can take part in the Dojo. We would greatly appreciate if you could fill out our registration from now or you can do it when you first arrive at a Dojo. If you have done it before there is no need to register each week.

What time? 12pm – 3pm (New Time)
What do I need? Packed Lunch and a Laptop if possible.
What are we coerving this week? Some Python and some Scratch.

Coder Dojo Limerick is a not for profit organisation, which aims to teach people how to develop software. It is focused towards school kids, from the age of 7 to 30 – but we wont turn away older 🙂 Its also an opportunity for the more experienced guys to get together and show off, hackathons, and collaborate on projects. It is run by Limerick based software entrepreneurs, and the venue is kindly provided by LIT.
