CoderDojo Platform now available in 20 Languages

Zen, the CoderDojo community platform, is now available in 20 languages. Six of these languages have been added in the last week. The newest languages to be added are: French, Maltese, Argentinian Spanish, Slovenian, Slovak and Ukrainian. The Zen platform allows members to create a Dojo page and add events, join a Dojo, book tickets, manage and receive badges, edit their profiles and use our community forums. Why Verify Your Dojo?

In the past few months we have been encouraging all prospective Dojos and Champions to verify their Dojo on the Zen CoderDojo Community Platform. Dojos that are fully registered and verified are able to gain access to a variety of awesome opportunities and benefits that the CoderDojo Foundation offer, such as travel bursaries for attending specific events, free hardware giveaways and more. Zen Now Available in 14 Languages

Zen, the CoderDojo community platform, is now available in 14 languages. Six of these languages have been added in the last two weeks. These include Turkish, Bulgarian, Greek, Estonian, Hindi, Japanese and Romanian. Reissuing Our Open Badges!

As part of Zen, the new CoderDojo Community platform members will be able to display digital badges on their profiles to highlight things they have achieved in their Dojo. These badges will be issued to members by their Dojo Champion. We felt that the current design of the digital badges needed an update to reflect the effort put into earning the badges. About Zen, the open source community platform The CoderDojo Foundation recently relaunched Zen as a new open source community platform!
