We are happy to announce that CoderDojo have been announced as a 2014 Nominet Trust 100 winner! There is a growing consensus among policymakers and educationalists that we need to do more to encourage children to create, rather than just consume, digital media. It turns out the kids might be a step ahead in this already, and none more so than the kids within the CoderDojo movement! New Community Support Strategy!

A huge thank you to all those who sent in their feedback on the proposed CoderDojo Recommended Practice! Our next steps are to revise Recommended Practice based on these submissions, generate necessary content to provide guidance and support to Dojos in meeting the principles and to have your Dojo participate in the Recommended Practice Pilot. RP Open Consultation period is now closed! Over the course of the month a total of 30 champions, mentors and parents submitted their feedback.
