New Zen Feature; Book for a Ninja!

Does your Dojo not use a ticketing system or do your Ninjas not have access to a computer to book into your events? Don’t worry we’ve got you covered!

Our ‘New Applicant’ Feature allows you to book on behalf of Ninjas, Parents and Mentors under your Champion or Dojo Admin account. This means you have a record of each Ninja in attendance at each session.

Find the New Applicant button by navigating to ‘My Dojos’ > ‘Manage Events’. Then simply choose an Event to Manage! On the Manage Event page you will see the ‘New Applicant’ button.

Then you simply select the person you want to apply on behalf of! If it is a Ninja that you want to apply on behalf and they do not have account, just simply ‘Add Ninjas’ in your profile page.

And voilà – your Ninja has been booked in!

Every Dojo should keep a record of those who attended their sessions for Health & Safety purposes and in order to meet Principle II of CoderDojo Tao/Recommended Practice and using the New Applicant Feature is the easiest way to do so!
