DojoCon 2015: Open Call to the community for Creative Coder themed Sessions
DojoCon 2015 will take place on Sept 18th & 19th in Derry, N. Ireland and they are looking for members from the CoderDojo community that would like to deliver sessions at the event. This year’s theme is “The Creative Coder” so we are particularly interested in sessions that explore how young people can express their creativity through technology, and/or provide mentors and champions with practical tips and ideas for running their Dojos.
Sessions can include:
- Workshops
- Technical demos
- Panels
- Lectures
- Any other format you like!
“We’ve got some really exciting plans for this year’s DojoCon but the heart and soul of the event will be the presentations by mentors and champions from the global Dojo community. We’ve already had potential presenters get in touch from Ireland, India, Italy, the US and Scandinavia and the standard’s looking really high. Of course, with this year’s theme being “The Creative Coder” we’re really looking forward to loads more inspiring session ideas coming through before the deadline on June 5th”
