CoderDojo Foundation Survey
Transparency has always been a fundamental value of the CoderDojo Foundation team since it was established in January 2013. Since the Foundation was established, we have taken many steps towards implementing this value such as publishing our audited accounts, releasing regular reports and by communicating in public and open forums.
Throughout 2015 we want to take more meaningful steps towards implementing Transparency into the Foundation. This survey is the first step! There are a number of objectives in releasing this survey:
- to collect information from the CoderDojo Community, on their understanding of the CoderDojo Foundation’s purpose, and work.
- to gather information that can be incorporated into our transparency policy.
- to review/revise the methods of communication the Foundation uses to communicate about its work with the CoderDojo Community.
- to gather feedback on the CoderDojo Community Committee and its purpose.
This survey is entirely optional to participate in, and is open to all CoderDojo volunteers (Champions, Mentors & other Volunteers). You can complete it anonymously or you can leave your details. The survey will be open to participate in from the 18th of March until the 3rd of April. One lucky participant will be selected at random to receive 5 Raspberry Pis for their Dojo! (Anonymous participants won’t be included in the draw). There are 11 questions in the survey and it should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
We at the CoderDojo Foundation always welcome feedback, if you have any information you would like to share or if you wish to arrange a call with someone on the team please get in touch via – info[at]coderdojo.org
