#EUDojo Attendees Selected

Eu codeweek

On October 14th, CoderDojo are running a special event in the European Parliament, Brussels, which will bring together young people, MEPs and industry leaders from across Europe to mark EU Code Week.

We have selected 50 Young People, Mentors, Champions and Parents involved in their local Dojos to travel to Brussels to help to teach MEPs their first line of code.

Congratulations to the Dojos from Timisoara, Bucharest, Zambrow, Rotterdam, Leiden, Bologna, Milan, Roma, Wilmslow, Shoreditch, Bray, Ashbourne, Deansrath and Athlone who are coming with some of their Ninjas, Mentors and Champions to the European Parliament!!

The Ninjas from Poland, Romania, Italy, the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands will be showcasing their coding talents by teaching the MEPs how to create a basic HTML website in a two hour session in the European Parliament.

Two of our Ninjas will even be showcasing the projects that they have worked on and perfected in their Dojo to the MEPs and Industry Leaders!

The #EUDojo @ The European Parliament would not have been possible without the support of CoderDojo Foundation partners Liberty Global, and event sponsors Google, Salesforce Foundation and Samsung.
