Accessing voice on community calls

We held our first in the new series of community calls on Tuesday night at 9pm GMT. As some of the attendees had trouble accessing the voice side of the call.

We are using Join.me to share screen and provide low call numbers in all countries. Voice can either be accessed by dialling one of the numbers provided or through VOIP.

Here is the setup for each option:

VOIP Access:

To use the VOIP access you must have the APP installed in advance, you can do that from the APP menu here: http://help.join.me/knowledgebase/articles/149034-where-can-i-download-join-me
