We are a newly incorporated and growing organisation who envision a world where children are creators of technology instead of consumers. Our immediate mission is to grow the CoderDojo network into a self sustainable global movement in order to inspire the next generation of young people to be digital creators and makers.

What is CoderDojo?

CoderDojo is a movement of running free not-for-profit coding clubs and regular sessions for children aged between 6 and 17.  At Dojo’s young people learn how to code and develop websites, apps, games and more in a social, open learning environment. Started less than two years ago, CoderDojo has spread to over 200 locations in 23 countries around the world. Each session is mentored by incredible volunteers who are willing to give up time to help out young people passionate about learning how to code, technology and more. CoderDojo has just one rule: “Above All: Be Cool“, bullying, lying, wasting people’s time is so uncool!
