Mentors and volunteers are the driving force behind CoderDojo, enabling the spread of CoderDojos around the world and getting more young people coding. It is incredible people like you that are willing to give up time to help out some young people passionate about learning how to code, learn about tech and more. You rock.

Mentors and teachers should ideally possess:

• The willingness to deliver content passionately and interactively
• A desire to encourage kids to take an intrest in coding
• An ability to think on your feet, kids ask some very interesting and challenging questions
